Modupe attended the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, an HND holder in accounting. She worked with Nigeria Apex Mill, Iganmu, Lagos in 1989, she later joined Bolly Travel Nigeria Limited as an accounting officer in 1996.
She joined KSO Associates in April 2001 as a trainee, she is currently the Administrative Manager and is responsible for general office administration.
